We offer five frameworks for therapy:

  • Individual, open ended, once weekly psychodynamic counselling.
  • Individual, time-limited psychodynamic counselling (12 weekly sessions with an agreed and specific focus).
  • Mindfulness Therapy
  • Couples counselling.
  • Telephone and Skype counselling.

These services are provided by qualified male and female counsellors.  We can offer counselling in other languages i.e. Guajarati, Hindu.
